A COURT has found Brendan Sokaluk found guilty of starting the fatal Churchill bushfire in February 2009.
The Victorian Supreme Court handed down its decision on 42 year-old Sokaluk on Tuesday morning.
The Black Saturday Churchill bushfire killed 10 people and razed approximately 36,000 hectares of land.
