A Traralgon man, 26, has been charged following a stabbing at a Kevin Court address on Tuesday night.
He was charged with intentionally causing serious injury and appeared at the Latrobe Valley Magistrates Court on Wednesday.
A 37-year-old man from Traralgon had serious stab wounds to his upper body when emergency services were called about 6.40pm.
He was airlifted to Melbourne and remains in a serious, but stable condition.
Police said the two men are known to each other.
