MURDER accused Samantha Guillerme was sentenced to three-and-a-half years imprisonment last Wednesday (February 9) in the Supreme Court.
Ms Guillerme pleaded guilty in November 2022 to the manslaughter of Newborough man Jarrod Lovison, whose body was found in the Moondarrah State Park in May 2020.
Judge Michael Croucher sentenced Ms Guillerme, 26, with a non-parole period of 15 months.
The judge declared she had served 430 days in custody under the sentence, and will be eligible to apply for parole within a month.
Ms Guillerme was charged with murder in October 2020, and bailed in September 2021, choosing to return to prison for pre-sentence detention following the guilty plea.
