Passed away Tuesday 21 April 2026, aged 54 years.
Kylee passed peacefully surrounded by her children at Casey Hospital, Berwick.
Daughter of Helen and David Evans, sister to David and Dane.
Loved mother to Adam, Zachary, Nicola, Hannah (dec.), Emily, Jackson and their partners.
At peace now, forever in our hearts.
