Bishop Greg Bennet and the Priests and Deacons of the Diocese are
saddened by his death on 23 January 2026.
Aged 68 years.
Ordained as a priest on 24 August 1996, Fr. Bernie served in the Parishes of Narre Warren, Cranbourne and Sale as Assistant Priest, and Foster/Yarram and Trafalgar as Parish Priest.
May he rest in peace.
