Aged 56 years.

With tears we watched you suffer, and watched you fade away, with courage and concern for others you fought so hard to stay. No longer suffering, now you rest peacefully.
Though his smiles are gone forever, and his hands we cannot touch,
we shall never lose the memories of the one we loved so much.
