Yoghurt spill closes freeway 

UPDATE: East-bound lanes on the Princes Freeway at Moe have reopened, after authorities cleared a major yoghurt spill following a truck accident last night.

The west-bound truck lost its load at 11.30pm yesterday, after veering into east-bound lanes and crashing one kilometre west of the Gunns Gully turn off.

Freeway traffic was closed all night in both directions, with traffic being diverted through the township of Moe, as authorities worked to clean spilt product and diesel at the accident site.

The west-bound lane re-opened at 7am this morning, with the east-bound lane reopening shortly before midday.

o injuries are believed to have occurred in the accident.
