A man in his 20s was in a serious but stable condition at the Alfred Hospital at the weekend after being freed from a wreck following a two-car collision at Flynn on Thursday.
The man was one of three people who were trapped in their cars after a head-on collision on the Princes Highway shortly after 9am, triggering a major response effort from emergency authorities.
The highway was road blocked soon after at Minniedale Road east of Traralgon and at Rosedale, as police, the Country Fire Authority, State Emergency Services and paramedics worked to free the individuals.
The man in his 20s was airlifted to Melbourne in a critical condition after sustaining leg, pelvic and possible spinal injuries, along with a woman in her 60s, in a serious but stable condition.
A third person, a man in his 20s, was taken to Latrobe Regional Hospital in a stable condition with leg and chest injuries.
Traffic was forced to divert around the roadblock for most of the day, while police conducted a crash investigation.
The highway was re-opened on Thursday evening.
Police have asked any witnesses to the accident to phone Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
Failure to appear
Police are seeking information on the whereabouts of a 41 year-old Traralgon woman Julianne Dunn, last of Cameron Street.
She is wanted after failing to appear at the Melbourne County Court on 30 August and is described as being 160cm tall, of a thin build, with long black hair.
Any person with information on her whereabouts is asked to call either Traralgon Police Station on 5174 0900 or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
Four-car crash
Two drivers have escaped injury after a four-car collision along Lloyd Street, Moe about 8.50am on Friday.
According to police, a car was about to turn to enter Old Gippstown, when it was hit in the rear by another vehicle and careered off the carriageway into two parked cars.
The driver of the front vehicle was taken to Latrobe Regional Hospital for observation.
Police are investigating the incident.
Witnesses wanted
Police are seeking public assistance for information in relation to a two vehicle collision which occurred at about 1.50pm on 21 October at the roundabout of Breed and Grey streets in Traralgon.
A Traralgon woman sustained minor injuries in the crash.

Victims of crime forum
Information about the services, rights and entitlements available to victims of crime will be presented to the Traralgon community on Wednesday, 13 November as part of Victims of Crime Awareness Week.
The forum will run from 9am to 2pm at Century Inn, 5 Airfield Road, Traralgon with morning tea and lunch provided.
