A MAN faced the Latrobe Valley Magistrates’ Court today following an incident in Trafalgar yesterday.
Jason Carpenter was arrested and charged by Warragul police after the incident, which occurred along Seven Mile Road about 4.15pm.
Police located an imitation firearm alleged to have been used during the incident.
Carpenter has been remanded to reappear at court tomorrow.
