Advance Morwell is holding an information session for members who are interested in taking a more active role in the leadership of the organisation.

Nearby residents of Lake Narracan who have noticed the lake is emptier than normal will need to wait until about the end of October before it is refilled.
In early August, Latrobe City Council completed an extension to the main boat ramp to ensure the continued safety of boat users.
As a result of the works, water levels dropped to about 30 per cent, with the remaining water drained from 5 August for further work.
The water corporation, Southern Rural Water, drained the water for refurbishment works to Lake Narracan’s spillway gates.
It is anticipated the lake will be drained until the end of October and then allowed to be refilled.
