FORMER Member for Morwell, Russell Northe, has been sentenced to 21 months jail.
Mr Northe was sentenced today in Melbourne’s County Court.
The former MP previously pleaded guilty to two charges of misconduct while in public office.
He will be eligible for parole after serving 12 months.
His lawyer Christin Tom did not wish to provide comment to waiting media outside.
