Again it was Churchill to come out winners on Saturday with

difference in this game with Churchill running out 12-4 winners. Best for the
Braves were Tim Bellerby, Grant Irving and Rob Mongan. The Cougars best were
Rob Moffat, Darren Flanigan.
Dale Simpson from the Dodgers was keen for his first throw
on the mound this year and enjoyed the role keeping the Sale bat’s under
control with only 5 hits against and 8 strikeouts. James Jackson started off
well but struggled to hit the zone in the later digs allowing the Dodgers some
easy base on balls, this was taking advantage off with solid hitting from Simon
Shaw and Greg Porter. Dodgers scored in most digs with 8 runs being scored in
the 3rd .Allen Ashlin had a good day with the bat picking up 2 hits
and Anthony Clissold also picked up a double. Basic errors from Sale in the

forward and take the points for the day 16-7. Best Dale Simpson, Nathan Dearing
and Simon Shaw for the Dodgers and for the RangersAllenAshlin, AnthonyClissold.
