TRARALGON tennis players Justin Hough and Annaliese Hughes, and Inverloch resident Jack Clements, will represent Victoria in the national Australian Made Foundation Cup after being selected for the state team by Tennis Victoria last month.
The 13 and under tournament for regional Australians forms part of the Australian Made Summer of Tennis, an initiative of the Australian Made Campaign which celebrates junior sporting achievements while highlighting the importance of buying Australian products and produce.
Jack, Justin and Annaliese are three of eight finalists on the state team, which will compete in the Australian Made Foundation Cup starting today, at the Royal South Yarra Lawn Tennis Club.
Australian Made and the Fed Cup Foundation will award the best and fairest male and female players each a $1000 cheque to assist with their tennis development.
