A 70 year-old man involved in a single vehicle crash on 22 December has died.
According to police, the Morwell man was travelling north along Airfield Road at 7.52am when his car veered onto the wrong side of the road and collided with a tree.
Police, Country Fire Authority and State Emergency Service attended the scene, with SES crews using the jaws of life to help free the trapped man from the car.
He was airlifted to the Royal Melbourne Hospital, but died due to his injuries.
