myki replacements

LATROBE Valley residents who were among the first to obtain a myki card are able to get a free replacement when their original card reaches its expiry date.

Like many cards in customers’ wallets, a myki will expire after four years and needs to be replaced.

Registered customers will receive an email advising them of the upcoming expiry of their myki card and instructions on how to obtain a replacement.

Registered or unregistered passengers can check their myki card expiry date at a myki machine located at all V/Line and metropolitan train stations and selected bus interchanges or by dropping into their local retailer.

The expiry date is also available by calling 1800 800 007 and registered customers can view the expiry in their online account.

Customers are encouraged to register their myki via myki.com.au or by phoning 1800 800 007 and keep their contact details up to date so that they can be advised of the upcoming expiry of their card.

Customers can obtain information about how to receive a free replacement by visiting myki.com.au or by calling 1800 800 007.
