Our much loved Dad, Jeffrey, passed away peacefully at LRH/j surrounded by family.
Father to Aaron, Rachael and Karly.
Poppy to William, Evie, Scarlett, Jackson, Jude and Hunter.
His strength, kindness and love will remain with us always.
