A 31 year-old Churchill man suffered burns to his hands, face and arms during a fire at a house in Coolabah Drive, Churchill, on Sunday.
According to Country Fire Authority Media, the blaze was quickly brought under control.The man was believed to be clearing out his fire place just before midday when he sustained the injuries.
Firefighters from Churchill, Hazelwood, Morwell and Yinnar were called to the attend the fire.
