Moe men face drug-related charges

Two Moe men faced Latrobe Valley Magistrates’ Court on Monday over a series of drug-related offences following raids on two pharmacies and a residence in Moe in February.

Daniel Soong, 36, and Bradley Fenby, 38,were arrested in February following search warrants executed by the Latrobe Divisional Tasking Unit at the three addresses.

Soong has been accused of a series of drug charges, including trafficking dependence drugs APO Morphine, MS Contin, OcyContin, Endone, Psyeptone, Dexamphetamine, Kalma, Diazepam, Kapinol, Sildenafil and Pseudoephedrine cold and flu tablets between 1 May, 2014 and 4 February, 2015.

He was also charged with possessing prescription drugs of dependence and non-prescription drugs including cannabis, cocaine, amphetamine and possessing and using methyl amphetamine, commonly known as ice.

Fenby has been charged with trafficking, possessing and using methyl amphetamine, trafficking prescription medication and possessing Viagra.

He also faces charges of possessing a controlled weapon without lawful excuse and driving an unregistered vehicle.
