Moe police are investigating a theft which occurred at a department store in Moore Street, Moe about noon on Tuesday, 29 November.
Police want to speak to the man pictured as he may be able to assist with their enquiries.

Traralgon police are investigating an assault that occurred about 1am on Tuesday, 1 November in Switchback Road, Churchill.
Police have been told two people were walking along Switchback Road towards Federation University when they were approached by three people wearing Scream-style Halloween masks.
Police were told one of the people was asked if he had anything of value in his pockets and then the two people were allegedly assaulted, resulting in one being knocked to the ground.
