A TRARALGON man will face court in December after being charged with possessing explosives.
Police, along with the Latrobe Crime Investigation Unit, the Arson and Explosive Squad and the Police Bomb Response Unit executed a search warrant at an address on Bank Street in Traralgon on Wednesday.
The search warrant was in relation to an ongoing investigation regarding the manufacturing of explosive materials and a number of items were seized which are yet to undergo chemical testing.
Police say early indications are they have been used to allegedly manufacture explosives.
The man was bailed to appear at the Latrobe Valley Magistrates Court in December.
