A BLACK Holden sedan was observed by police driving erratically on Commercial Road, Morwell on Sunday, January 2 at approximately 11pm.
Witnesses said that the car was driving at on coming traffic and swerving all over the road.
Police attempted to intercept the vehicle, however the male driver allegedly sped off. There were no number plates attached to the car.
The car was finally located at an address in Morwell where it was impounded for 30 days at a fee of $1185.
Police enquires discovered that the driver was disqualified and the car was unregistered.
The man is set to appear in front of Latrobe Valley Magistrates Court at a later date.

Dog theft in Churchill
A RECENT spate of overnight thefts in Churchill and surrounds have included a six-month old puppy.
The puppy, a Mastiff cross was secured in a yard on Goorawin Place, in Churchill with another dog when two people allegedly approached the property on the night of Saturday, January 1.
The pair, a male and female, were seen on CCTV opening a side gate just after 12am and allegedly taking the puppy.

Petrol theft in Morwell
AT approximately 5pm on Saturday, January 1, a 2012 Kia Cerato silver sedan entered the Coles Express Service Station on Princes Drive, Morwell.
The driver, described as a Caucasian male, approximately aged 30, of medium build, allegedly filled up the vehicle with about $30 of fuel.
He allegedly exited the petrol station without paying for his fuel.
