In this week’s North Gippsland match of the round between Woodside and Churchill spectators were not disappointed.
Churchill’s Rachel Loechel steered the ship from the centre and was a main driving force for the Cougars.
Some errors cost Churchill in the second quarter allowing Woodside to sneak ahead.
The Cougars showed some fast passages of play but Woodside pushed back to take a five-goal lead into the final quarter.
Churchill closed the gap in the opening minutes of the final term, however the Wildcats surged away to win by 17 goals.
