Gippsland Grammar St Anne’s Campus was a finalist in the most outstanding school category at the annual Tennis Victoria Awards night on 27 June.
The local school was one of just three finalists in the category, but was pipped for the top gong by St Gregory the Great Primary School (Doncaster).
Gippsland Grammar has been running the Hot Shots tennis program for the past two years, helping all of its students from the Early Learning Centre to year six with their eye-hand coordination, and basic skills and knowledge of the sport.
Sale Tennis Club supports Gippsland Grammar with coaching, accessing equipment and encouragement of its students’ endeavours.
