The win moved the Saints one game clear of sixth-placed Glengarry, which fell to ladder leader Woodside 49-66.
Churchill defeated seventh-placed Yarram 42-32, while Rosedale beat Sale City 55-26 and Heyfield overcame Gormandale 52-46.
