Woodside ensured its status as A-grade flag favourite, with a 43-37 win against second-placed Rosedale in the final round of the home and away season.

Sixth and seventh-placed Glengarry and Yarram played out a 46-all draw, Cowwarr beat Sale City 52-34, Heyfield defeated Traralgon Tyers United 49-27 and Churchill cruised by Gormandale 71-23.

The final five was assured prior to the round with Woodside, Rosedale, Heyfield, Churchill and Cowwarr advancing to the post season.
