VETERANS CRICKET
Unfortunately both the Gippsland Goannas cricket games were called off last weekend due to the wet weather.
The Over-60s game against ACS will not be rescheduled, but the Over-50 game v Geelong will be played at Bundalaguah Cricket Ground this Sunday.
This weekend there is only one game scheduled for the Goannas, and weather permitting, the Over-70 team will have their first hit out of the season.
The game will be against the West Gippsland Over-70 team, which is a combination of the Iona, KooWeeRup and South Gippsland Kookaburras Veteran Cricketers.
The game is due to be played at Briagolong on Sunday, and will commence at 11am if the weather gods are kind to us.
