MOE-born goalkeeper Teagan Micah was kept helpless on the side-lines during the Matildas shock 1-nil defeat to the Korea Republic in the Asia Cup.

The upset result sent the Australian team packing at the quarter-final stage, with a stunning strike in 87-minute sealing their fate.

Micah sat on the interchange as a substitute and did not see any game time, with Lydia Williams instead preferred to keep.

Micah, 23, has seven international caps to her name so far.
