Three people were arrested overnight following raids in Traralgon, Heyfield and Winnindoo.
Wellington Crime Investigation Unit detectives have executed warrants at the Gippsland towns resulting in the seizure of amphetamines, cannabis, heroin and cash.
Three people, a Winnindoo man, a 22 year-old Heyfield woman and a 50 year-old woman from Hampton Park were arrested and have been bailed to appear in court with drug and firearm offences.
Local Area Commander Inspector Michael McGinn said the raids were the result of inquiries made by metropolitan and local detectives, which subsequently involved the local addresses.
“This is great result for our community and a good example of co-operation between local members and inner city police.”
