Quake hits Valley

The Latrobe Valley was rocked by a 5.3 magnitude earthquake with a depth of 10 kilometres last night.

The epicentre of the quake was about 10km south-west of Moe, according to the State Emergency Service.

According to social media, tremors were felt as far away as Bendigo in western Victoria and Eden in New South Wales.

There are no reports of injuries at present, although there have been numerous reports of building damage.
