A CASH lenders store in Traralgon was the site of an armed robbery on Wednesday afternoon.
According to Police Media, investigators were told a man armed with a jemmy bar entered the shop on Franklin Street just after 5.30pm.
He allegedly approached a female staff member and demanded cash, which he then put in a duffle bag and fled on foot.
There were no customers in the store at the time of the incident and the staff member was uninjured.
The alleged offender was described as wearing a beanie and balaclava.
