Victoria Police special operations officers have this morning arrested a 24 year-old Pakenham man in Gona Street, Morwell in relation to an alleged kidnapping.
A 25 year-old Narrre Warren woman and a two-month old child have been located safe and well following the incident which allegedly occurred about 9pm yesterday.
Police had called for the public’s help to find the vehicle the man was driving.
