No time to waste on Gipps resource plan

INDUSTRY, business and members of the general public will have a chance to have their say on the waste management and resource recovery needs of Gippsland at local engagement sessions.

The Gippsland Waste and Resource Recovery Group, in collaboration with councils, is in the process of developing a long-term plan for Gippsland.

The business and industry session is on Thursday, 25 February at Century Inn.

Registration is required for the morning sessions and can be made at www.rightcycle.com.au and by emailing contact@rightcycle.com.au

The community engagement forums will work on a drop-in basis for interested people.

Forums will be held at the Traralgon DELWP office in Hotham Street from midday to 2pm on Monday, 22 February; at Moe Town Hall from 4pm to 6pm on Thursday, 25 February; and in Morwell @ The Lane in Latrobe Regional Gallery on Friday, 26 February from midday to 2pm.
