GIPPSLAND’S up-and-coming dancers have put on a spectacular show for Morwell Festival of Dance’s 30th anniversary.
More than 2000 aspiring ballerinas, tap dancers and jazz performers have taken to the stage at Kernot Hall for the annual competition.
Express photographer Bryan Petts-Jones attended Monday’s 12 years and under modern/jazz troupes event to catch all the action.
Gippsland Academy of Dance took home first place in the section, with KC’s school of dance coming in runner-up.
The festival will continue until Saturday, with session and day passes available at the door.
