Homicide Squad detectives have charged a 57 year-old man following the death of a woman in Traralgon last week.
A 57 year-old Glengarry woman was allegedly assaulted in a car parked outside the Traralgon Neighbourhood House at about 5.30pm on Monday, 10 October.
She was taken to the Alfred Hospital where she died on Thursday, 13 October.
The Morwell man has been charged with one count of murder.
The man has been remanded. He will appear at the Latrobe Valley Magistrates’ Court in February for a committal mention.
