A 22-year-old man has been arrested after allegedly running from police at Morwell this afternoon.
Latrobe Crime Investigation Unit detectives said the man of no fixed address had been wanted by police for about four months before he was arrested outside a residential property on Latrobe Road on Wednesday afternoon.
Police located the man at about 2.30pm when he allegedly lost control of his vehicle and collided with a tree.
Police ask anyone who witnessed the incident to phone Latrobe Crime Investigation Unit on 5131 5000 or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
