Two women were airlifted to Melbourne after a crash at Hernes Oak yesterday.
Paramedics were called just after 5pm.
One patient is believed to be in her 20s with upper body injuries while another, also believed to be in her 20s, was trapped for a time and is in a critical condition.
They were taken by air ambulance to the Alfred Hospital.
