Traffic was flowing smoothly an hour after a two car collision on the Princes Drive at 3.10pm on Thursday.
The driver of a white Hyundai was taken to hospital for observation and no one else was injured.
First Constable Chloe Morris from Morwell Police Station said the woman taken to hospital was “understandably very sore”.
“The victim’s vehicle, which is the white vehicle, was travelling west (on Princes Drive) and the offending vehicle has failed to give way and has gone right across the intersection,” she said.
“This offending vehicle has just pulled out right in front of the other vehicle.”
The offending vehicle – a maroon Holden – was turning into Mid Valley Road from the turning lane in the median strip on the Princes Drive.
