GIPPSLAND Pride’s defence of the VicSpirit under 18 Pathway State Championships is on track after a 10-wicket win against the previously unbeaten Central Highlands last Thursday.
The Pride ended up with 5/213 after demolishing Central Highlands for just 65.
Sophie Molineux (68) and Chelsea Monscript (29) put on a 118-run opening stand in the chase, which set up a grand final clash with the Western Waves at the Melbourne Cricket Ground on 23 February.
The Pride went through the preliminary rounds undefeated.
