NETBALL
GIPPSLAND LEAGUE
Leongatha missed its chance to temporarily take first on the Gippsland League A grade netball ladder at the weekend with a 43-61 loss to Drouin.
A win would have sent the Parrots to 28 points, two ahead of leader Morwell and four ahead of Traralgon with the top two set to contest today’s Queen’s Birthday match.
The win pushed Drouin to fourth on the table.
