Fire services responded to calls of a grass fire on Monash Way just south of Hazelwood this afternoon.
A CFA tanker from Morwell was supported by FRV appliances and arrived at the scene at 12.24pm and brought the fire under control within 12 minutes.
Traffic was diverted around Monash Way temporarily before re-opening just after 1pm.
