THE trial of accused murderer Richard Stephen Devries has been transferred to the Supreme Court in Melbourne.
The trial for the 38 year-old Newborough man began in the Latrobe Valley Court Complex in Morwell last week.
Devries has pleaded not guilty to two counts of murder in Moe last year.
Supreme Court judge Justice Lex Lasry is presiding over the case.
